TBRNCL Worship Intensive

Schedule:

June 11, 2023 — August 15, 2024

We will gather Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

In Person Requirements:

  • You must be 15-23 years of age.

  • Complete Growth Track.

  • Serve at least one service per week in some area at Trinity Fellowship Church.

  • Commit to all scheduled intern meetings listed in the schedule above.

  • Attend all First Wednesday services.

What to expect—

  • Develop

    If you have a desire to lead worship, this is for you. Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training while learning from seasoned worship pastors in the TBRNCL Worship community.

  • Deploy

    Through the TBRNCL Worship Intensive, you will be asked to serve in various areas of Trinity Fellowship Church. As a disciple of Jesus, you can't effectively lead until you know how to serve. Therefore, you will be given a wide variety of opportunities to use the skills you develop while being a part of this intensive.

  • Disciple

    Discipleship is a core value of TBRNCL Worship. By participating in this summer Worship Intensive, you will learn what it looks like to be a disciple of Christ through worship, prayer, scriptural studies, and community. You will also be held accountable to grow in your walk with the Lord. Our hope is that you will finish this worship intensive looking more like Jesus.

  • Discover

    Through the TBRNCL Worship Intensive, you will not only be discipled but also expected to make disciples in response. To get the most out of your experience, you will need to discover potential leaders in your sphere of influence and invest in those individuals. Through your development, deployment, and discipling, you will be equipped with what you need to fulfill Jesus’ commission in Matthew 28 and make disciples.

“I came into this internship thinking all I was going to gain was musical ability when in reality it was so much more. It was a relationship with the Lord. It was Him calling me to be a leader and for me to set aside my gift and focus on my identity in Christ. Now I have the privilege to lead worship in generations ministries, be a part of groups, and have amazing mentorship within the worship department. My life truly changed after this and I found a place where I can grow and keep growing. Now I did grow in my musical abilities, but the character developing within me is so much more precious than any skill, and I see that now. I just needed a little reminder on who God created me to be, and that’s what the internship showed me– How to be a leader.”
